Our Process

DAY ONE
Share Your Vision
Share everything we need to know to start working on your project, including your style preferences, inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, site conditions, and how you want to live in your outdoor space. We personally visit the site to professionally analyze the unique conditions of your existing garden. This is your chance to tell us all about your dream outdoor space. Let's take the first step in creating a just-for-you design, factoring your style and your property's unique characteristics .

WEEK 1-3
Design
Our world-class team of designers and horticulturalists get to work creating a custom design for your unique property. Learn about the costs of your priority design elements, such as a new patio, pergola, plantings, outdoor kitchen, exterior paint, or windows and doors. Your design team will help you at every step of the process. The client chooses what they like or dislike about each design. Ideas are refined and all questions are answered during this phase. From here, we go back to the drawing board for final edits.

WEEK 3-6
Revisions
Review your detailed renders and go through our thorough revision process before finalizing your design. We’ll translate your unique design concepts into a detailed CAD plan that’s ready to install. A price estimate for cost of materials & installation is also included in your final deign package. Next, we’ll connect you to a vetted, local landscape contractor who can bring your dream yard to life. A digital copy of all drawings are sent to the client along with a 11x17 paper, full-color copy of your personalized design.
